If your enquiry relates to the recent outbreak of coronavirus (covid-19) in the UK, please see our statement below:
Focusing on the health and wellbeing of our staff and customers is our top priority. In line with national guidance and government recommendations we have taken the difficult decision to cancel any events involving the public or large gatherings until further notice. This will mean we will cancel all current events, private hire bookings (weddings, civil partnerships, celebrations, conference and events), school visits and residentials and close Beaumanor Hall until further notice. We are proceeding with this closure effective immediately and would ask all customers to bear with us through these unprecedented times.
Closing our venue, along with other attractions across the nation, will mean tougher times ahead for those working in the hospitality, catering and tourism industries. We ask that you continue to support our venue by rearranging your visit to later in the year or changing your event tickets into a gift voucher, so that you can continue to support our venue once it re-opens. For those who have booked tickets for an upcoming event and those who have booked the venue for hire, we’re more than happy to go through the options available. Please get in touch with our friendly team who will be happy to help.
We will be experiencing high volumes of calls and enquiries on our social media pages over the next few days and we ask that you remain patient while we work through these to reassure and respond to our customers.
You can get in touch with us through social media, by phone on 01509 890119 or email Beaumanor.email@example.com
We’re all in this together and will continue to closely monitor the situation and will make sure our approach reflects the latest Government guidelines. We have planned to review our planned events further in late April and will continue to keep our customers informed. Stay up to date with the latest guidelines by visiting: www.gov.uk/coronavirus and follow our social media channels for updates on our programme.
